These burlap bags and/or jute bags also known as hessian jute bags are completely 100% biodegradable, made from natural jute plants. This means they require no cleanup after installation and will become a natural part of the environment over time. These burlap bags are made from the highest grade 9.5 ounce burlap fabric and are 20-30% thicker and stronger than comparable bags. This allows them to hold up to 50 pounds without rupturing. Our product line of this size starts at 9.5 oz, with other range of 10.00 oz, 10.50 oz, and 11.00 oz that is the basic bag has a weight of 179 grams, and raise to 187 grams, 195 grams, and 203 grams respectively. Here the burlap weight in ounce (oz) is measured here based on 40″ x 36″ weight basis. However the conventionally the burlap weight in ounce (oz) is measure in 36″ x 36″ (square yard basis).
