Our website is open as usual and still offering delivery depending on the type of items. It is to be noted that our items are having supply integrated to Asian Supply chain. The delivery time will be clearly mentioned in the product details for avoiding any sort of misunderstanding. Depending on the items you may have to collect your items for nearby post office. Depending on the shipping class the orders can be delivered to your doorstep and left in a safe and sensible location.

Please note we have a single dispatch/return center stationed in UK only. So any item if returned in that case must bee returned to our currently available dispatch center located in UK.

However customer may have to collect their items from nearest Post Office. Please note that for the safety of everyone the Post Office may limit the number of people allowed in at a any one time. You therefore may need to queue before entering to collect your items.
No. For safety of our customers and colleagues, we have stopped this service. If you are self-isolating, please make us aware so we can rearrange your delivery date. We have not still started any recycling service, so we’re unable to take away any old appliances.
- Customer outside UK are highly discourage to place order for 2 Man items and/or larger items. As the return of item from out side UK is out of pretext as our only dispatch/return center is situated in UK.

We may not always be able to leave an order in a safe place or with a neighbor. A signature may be needed for high value orders or those delivered via our delivery partners. Customer may take consider this issue seriously. As the return becomes very expensive on postage before placing their order. We recommend customer to take delivery from their Post Office for items as per their own convenience
