Orders and Shipping

It will take 21 to 40 working days to receive your order after we send the order confirmation email.

During checkout you can change your shipping address. However, if we think, it is necessary we may ask for further clarification and/or send you an email to confirm the changed shipping address to avoid fraudulent activity by a return email on your part..

Depending on the source of item we may charge sales tax, vat as per rule of the country of operation. It is highly advisable that before you place an order if the source of the item is outside your country you must check for the necessary tax applicable on the item as per your country. We bear no responsibility on our part for the tax and duties or what so ever applicable on the item to the shipping destination.
If your country appears in the list during the checkout we do ship to your country. However, if you are confused please send us an email through our Contact Us page.

Depending on the type of item it may have more then one package.

  • confirmation email
  • e-receipt
  • your order number

If you can’t find one of the above, don’t worry. We should be able to sort everything out if you have:

  • your card/bank statement
  • the email address used to buy your item

Check your confirmation email for your order number. (We will have texted this as well if we had your mobile number).

Here are the tell-tale signs:

  • When you’ve finished, an order number appears on your screen. (Keep a note of this in case you have any questions later.)
  • We’ll ping you a confirmation email just to reassure you. (If you can’t find it, check your Junk folder as it might be hiding in there.)
  • If you ordered and paid online, you can also head to Your Account and check your recent orders.

If you noticed an error message at the point of payment and you haven’t received an email confirmation within two hours of placing your order, the order will not have successfully gone through. You may wish to place your order again.

If this has happened, you may notice that the payment is ‘pending’ in your bank account. Don’t worry, RHK Store will not have taken any payment and this pre-authorisation will automatically be cancelled within 24 hours. If you forget your password and enter an incorrect guess too many times, we may need to lock your account. This is just to prevent anyone else from trying to guess your password. (Better safe than sorry, as they say.)

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

You can return only by post. Please follow official guidelines for your local area, and wear a face covering when do post the item to return. In line with our returns policy, any products you return will need to be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. When returning an item, make sure you have proof of purchase, such as confirmation email. The item (and any free items that came with the product) will also need to be: • unused (with any tags still attached) • in original packaging • in a resalable condition Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. For example, if you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.Please note the followings:
  1. If otherwise not mentioned in the items details easy 30 days return will be counted from the date of delivery of item in your premises.
  2. Your order was originally delivered.
  3. You’re returning your ‘whole’ order (all items on this order)
  4. You’re returning your item/s for a full refund (not exchanging for another product)
  5. Your return related cost such as postage and others will be borne by You.
If in any case if you received the wrong item please return us by post. We will send you the original item as per your order. The cost of post for returning the item will be deposited in your account.

Please go to our Contact Us page. And send us the details of the order with the right delivery address. If the delivery is not done yet we will correct the address. However, if the item has already send for delivery it is beyond our capacity to reroute it during delivery process.
Yes. You can cancel an order after submit, but before we send you the confirmation email. You can cancel the order with 48 hours from the time of placing the order. Please note if we have already dispatched the order, in that case you can return the item once you receive the item in your custody. The return postage will be borne by you and also we will deduct the postage charges incurred for the delivery of the item.

Currently we do not provide this service. However if you are really interested in an item, please send us your request by email through our Contact Us page.

We’re sorry your item is out of stock. We’ll gladly replace it with another product that you like just as much. Or if you can’t find one, we’ll give you a refund or gift card to the value of the original, damaged item.
